~Policies and Procedures~

If you're interested in taking a trip with us please complete and submit our registration questionnaire first. We will respond as soon as possible, but it may not be right away as we may be in the wilderness. Once we get in touch, we will determine together which trip is best for you based on your questionaire answers.

~Payment~

Unfortunately, we are only accepting payment by check or bank check at this time. For your convenience, however, we will be accepting payment by credit card through our secure website in the future. We appreciate your patience as we set this up. Although your spot will be saved once we've conversed, your registration will become official and you will be sent a confirmation once payment has been received.
Please note: 1/2 non-refundable payment is required at least 21 days prior to trip. Balance is required on the day of the trip.
For trips that include accomodations, this will vary. See trip descriptions.

~Smoking~

Due to the nature of these physical activities and for the comfort of others, there is no smoking allowed on any trips.

~Dogs~

Due to insurance regulations and the fact that we provide transportation we cannot allow dogs on any of our trips. We appreciate how you love your furry friends so apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

~Cancellations~

All cancellations must be sent in writing.
For hiking, snowshoeing and backpacking trips, where there are no formal accommodations, a 50% refund will be given over 14 days from trip date. Within 13 days of the trip date no refund will be given. For trips that include accommodations such as ski trips, a 50% refund will be given over 30 days from the trip date.
Within 30 days of the trip there are no refunds.

It is up to the discretion of WOA, LLC to cancel a trip due to weather, low booking, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this become necessary, however, the full payment of your trip will be credited to your account for a future trip. WOA, LLC
will not be held responsible for other costs incurred by you for the purpose of the trip.
